ABS ELECTRODE PLACEMENT
Securely snap onto electrodes.
First thing you might want to do is flex your abs so it’s easier to locate the muscle group. Next, place the 2” x 2” pads along the left and right sides of the abdomen. Be sure your pads run from top to bottom, not across the middle of the abs.
You must have the electrodes placed on the skin.
