HAMSTRINGS ELECTRODE PLACEMENT
Securely snap onto electrodes.
You’ll need two 2” x 4” electrodes and four 2” x 2” electrodes for the hamstring muscles. Place the 2” x 4” electrode vertically as high up on both hamstrings as you can. For best results, place them where the hamstring and glute meet. Next, place two 2” x 2” electrodes side by side at the bottom of the hamstrings at least a couple inches apart.
PLEASE NOTE:
You must have the electrodes placed on the skin.
